Kensington – Commercial installation in residential property
Removal of 2 x oil burning boilers equalling 900kw of heat output with 6 x vaillant boilers in a 720kw cascade rig setup, utilising a plate heat exchanger for system separation. Installation setup with weather compensated control for efficiency and a constant temperature supply to a stokvis hot water plate heat exchanger.
Bms system removed and new gas interlock fitted with fire and carbon monoxide detection, twin pressurisation unit, and pump duty switching controls for existing pumps without inbuilt pump switching capability.

Kensington – Commercial installation in residential property
Plantroom refurbishment which consisted of the removal of 2 x keston boilers to be replaced by 1 x viessmann 200w commercial boiler and Vitotronic 300k controller with weather compensated controls to replace the existing faulty BMS panel.
1 x 400L cylinder replaced by a high efficiency high recovery 300L unvented commercial calorifier

Removal of x2 inefficient glowworm 40kw boiler, and installation of new Vaillant 48kw high efficiency boiler, low loss header and renewal of pipework.
